The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the quiet patio where we could relax with a cup of coffee or tea. the location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the train station and conveniently close to many restaurants. It was also great for exploring other parts of Italy by train, saving us from lugging our luggage around for miles.

The hotel's location right next to the train station made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Being near shops and restaurants in a small alley made it easy to find places to eat and shop. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English and providing recommendations and directions. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities were top-notch.
